WCE service credit OFFER TERMS

  • Credit amount is per location/site

  • Available for new & existing customers

  • Requires active annual Preventive Maintenance agreement.

  • Service credit applied to eligible reactive (not PM) service labor; not cash; non‑transferable.

  • One credit per location/site; may not be combined with other promotions.

  • Service areas limited; onboarding & vendor setup required prior to scheduling.

  • WCE reserves the right to modify or end the offer. Full terms available on request.

  • The service credit will be applied to the customer's account after the first PM invoice is paid.

  • WCE does not automatically apply service credits. The customer must request application and specify the invoice number(s) and amount to apply. Any remaining balance carries forward until used.

  • Credit amount per location cannot be combined (e.g. You cannot take service credit amount from one location and give it to another)

How does it actually work?

Your service credits will be available to use on reactive service once your annual PM begins and first PM invoice is paid. Credit amount is per location and cannot be combined.

Is the credit cash?

No. It is a service credit on your account once onboarded.

Do I need pm right away?

Timing is up to you; onboarding precedes scheduling.

can you dispatch before onboarding?

No; we pre-schedule dispatch for existing customers.
